Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking our services. By booking with Platinum Airport Transfer, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms:
1. Booking Confirmation:
– All bookings are subject to availability.
– A confirmed booking will be provided to you upon receipt of payment or as otherwise specified in the booking process.
2. Pricing and Payment:
– Prices for our services are clearly stated at the time of booking and are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees.
– Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon or specified.
– We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment platforms.
3. Amendments and Changes:
– Any changes to your booking, such as the date, time, or destination, may be subject to availability and additional charges.
– We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your requested changes, but we cannot guarantee their availability.
4. Cancellations and Refunds:
– We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to provide flexibility for our customers. As per our cancellation policy, you can cancel your booking for a full refund if done at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Please note the following details:
1 Cancellation Timeframe:
– For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
2 Refund Process:
– If you cancel within the specified timeframe, we will process a full refund to the original payment method used during booking.
3 Late Cancellations:
– Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled pickup time may not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, the cancellation fee may apply.
We encourage you to inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking. This will help us manage our resources efficiently and accommodate other customers’ requests.
– Any request for cancellations or refunds must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy.
4 Waiting time:
1 Airports Complimentary Waiting Time:
– We offer a complimentary waiting time of 45 minutes from the actual flight arrival time.
– This waiting time allows you to clear customs, collect your luggage, and make your way to the designated meeting point.
2 Fees for Extended Waiting Time:
– If your arrival exceeds the complimentary waiting time, additional fees will apply.
– The fee for extended waiting time is £1 per minute.
– Please note that the waiting time fee will be calculated from the end of the complimentary waiting period until the passenger(s) arrive and are ready for the transfer.
5. Responsibility and Liability:
– Platinum Airport Transfer will make every effort to ensure a safe and reliable service. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events.
– We strive to provide prompt and efficient service, and our drivers will be waiting for you at the designated meeting point within the complimentary waiting time. However, if there are any unexpected delays or issues, please inform us as soon as possible to make necessary arrangements.
Hotel/House/Station:
1 Complimentary Waiting Time:
– We provide a complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time at hotels and houses.
– This waiting time allows you to gather your belongings and be ready for the transfer.
2 Fees for Extended Waiting Time:
– If the pick-up exceeds the complimentary waiting time, additional fees will apply.
– The fee for extended waiting time is £1 per minute.
– Please note that the waiting time fee will be calculated from the end of the complimentary waiting period until you are ready for the transfer.
6. Conduct and Safety:
– Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner during their journey. Any misconduct or violation of applicable laws may result in refusal of service or termination of the journey without refund.
– Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Platinum Airport Transfer is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the journey.
7. Privacy and Data Protection:
– We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our privacy policy. By booking our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our privacy policy.
